Miguel Luís Pinto Veloso, or known by the name of Miguel Veloso is a Portuguese footballer who was born in Coimbra, Portugal on May 11, 1986 and he played as a midfielder with the Portugal national team and clubs which join.
Veloso was first played football when he joined several clubs at junior level including with Benfica in 1994-1999. After over five seasons ago Velonso to Pontinha during one season in 1999-2000. Then in the 2000-2005 season he joined Sporting CP and at the age of 14 years.
After five seasons playing at junior level Sporting CP, Velonso finally play at senior level. For five seasons also played with Sporting CP but he has directly lent to Olivais Moscavide during one season in 2005-2006 and contributed seven goals in 28 appearances. Veloso returned to Sporting FC in the rest of the season and he played in 98 total appearances with four goals.
Veloso was sold to one of the Italian club Genoa in 2010, exactly on July 20, 2010. His career started with the Portugal national team in 2006 while playing for the U-21 and he managed to score a single goal in ten appearances.
Velonso played professionally for the national team of Portugal in 2007, even he got a call for the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa that began while playing against Denmark in the qualifying round in September 2009.
