José Enrique Sánchez Díaz is a Spanish footballer who was born in Valencia, Spain on January 23, 1986 and he played as a left back with one of the English club Liverpool.
Enrique began his career with the club Levante football before joining Valencia. But Valencia loaned him to the club Celta Vigo during the last season he was signed by Villarreal in 2006 when the club was impressed with the performance of Enrique while playing for Celta Vigo.
On August 6, 2007, Enrique Newcastle United have signed with a transfer value of £ 6.3m over five years. He build an early debut with Newcastle on August 29, 2007 where he played the full 90 minutes against Bansley.
