Otman Bakkal is a Moroccan Dutch footballer who plays as a winger and was born on February 27, 1985 in Eindhoven, Netherlands.
Bakkal make debut with PSV Eindhoven during the summer of 2003-2004 and has spent time as a loan player at FC Den Bosch in 2004-2005, in 2005-2006 FC Eindhoven, Twente further along in 2006-2007.
In 2007, Bakkal summoned by coach Foppe de Haan to go into the Dutch squad at the UEFA European Under-21 Football Championship held in Holland.
Bakkal participate in the first round against Israel and Portugal to reach the semi-finals and qualified for the Olympics 2008. He played against England in the semi-finals but in the second position was replaced by Beerens. Bakkal make the goals in the defeat of Serbia in the final to retain his Dutch national team in 2006.
