Eljero Elia is a winger football of Netherlands

Eljero Elia is a footballer of Surinamese descent who was born in Voorburg, Netherlands on February 13, 1987. Elia played for the Dutch national team as a winger and striker.
Elia playing football from a club ADO Den Haag and made his professional debut in 2004 when he was 17 years old. In the first season he scored 1 goal for Den Haag and Elia decided to play for FC Twente after the turn of the new coach at Den Haag.
Twente and Ajax are both interested in signing Elia and eventually he chose to play for Ajax. With Ajax, Elia on loan to ADO but the club was relegated in the Eerste Divisie before Elia's time to play. When playing with Twente, Elia is recognized as one of the best Eredivisie players and called the players Dutch Football Talent of the year 2009. On July 5, 2009, Elia join Hamburg SV for 5 years with a value of € 8,900,000 and the first debut season starts when playing as a substitute on August 8.
Elia started his debut with the Dutch national team U-19 in 2005 and his professional debut one year later. Then in 2006, he was selected to play for the Dutch U-21. Elia was also selected by the coach van Marwijk for the friendly match against England. Subsequently he was playing when against Japan on September 6, 2009 as a substitute Robben and he produced two assists in the victory. Then on September 9, 2009, Elia playing in the match and scored a goal against Scotland.
Elia was chosen for the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa which was announced by van Marwijk manager on May 27, 2010. He played at the Dutch victory against Denmark and became a substitute Sneijder as against Japan later in the match against Cameroon substitute Kuyt.
