Tim Wiese is a footballer who was born in Bergisch Gladbach, West Germany on December 17, 1981, and he plays in the goalkeeper position.
In summer 2010, Wiese played for Werder Bremen from Kaiserslautern club since 2005 and entered the German national team squad.
Wiese began his career at Bayern Leverkusen play junior before moving to Cologne and Fortuna debut in the third division in 2000. Wiese moved to Kaiserslautern in the Bundesliga 2001-2002 season and the beginning of divisional play in the third as a backup goalie. Wiese began to strive to become the starter the club in the 2002-2003 season. In the 2003-2004 season, Wiese eventually become the first choice goalkeeper until November club Kaiserslautern and at the end of the season he should lose the place as a starter.
In 2005, Wiese joined Bremen and is favored to be the main goalkeeper, but Wiese missed two games early in the season because of torn ligaments injury. Wiese become the main goalkeeper of the season 2005-2006, but on March 7, 2006 Bremen defeated Juventus in the Champions League second round because Wiese failed to catch the ball from the kick Emerson.
In the 2006-2007 season, Wiese became the first goalkeeper Werder Bremen and the Bundesliga, losing only three games all season.
In FB-Pokal semi-final against Hamburg 2008-2009, Wiese helped Bremen until the final when he saved three penalties in a row.
