Jérôme Boateng is a German footballer who played as full back and center back.
Boateng is a footballer who played at Manchester City in the 2010 season. Boateng played the first time along with junior club Herta Berlin, where he later developed at the senior level.
After the first season was in Herta Berlin, and then he signed for SV Hamburg and helped the club's second consecutive semi-final to reach Europa League.
Boateng was also selected to play in the German national team U-21 and Euro 2009 winning the U-21 Championship and he was eventually promoted to strengthen Germany in 2010 FIFA World Cup. Boateng was born of a mother and a father of German native Ghana. His father named Prince Boateng left Ghana in 1981 and lived in Germany with the intention of learning administration. But because of the hard lessons his father finally decided to work as a DJ and a servant. Boateng has a sister named Avelina, half-brother named George and another brother named Kevin-Prince Boateng, who was a footballer who played in the position of central midfielder for Genoa, but on loan to AC Milan.
Kevin-Prince Boateng and George lived in poor areas with their father, named Jerome. But Boateng lives with his mother in the middle-class neighborhood as an airline hostess.
Although Jerome Boateng has a good relationship at the club Herta Berlin, but both decided to defend the different countries in the 2010 FIFA World Cup. Jerome Boateng decided to play with the German national team, while his half-brother named Kevin-Prince Boateng to play for the national team of Ghana.
