Simone Pepe is an Italian footballer who was born on August 30, 1983 in Albano Laziale, Italy and now play in the Serie A club Juventus, which is on loan from Udinese and its main position is as a winger.
Pepe was born in Albano Laziale but he began his career with the football club Roma in 2001-2003, but loaned to the club Lecco in 2002 and made five appearances and in 2002-2003 on loan to Teramo who scored eleven goals in 31 appearances.
After finishing as a loan player at the beginning of his senior career, in the summer of 2003 Pepe play with Palermo and made 22 appearances, scoring a single goal. Next, Pepe loan at Piacenza in 2004-2005 and scored twelve goals in 30 appearances. In June 2005, Pepe returned to Palermo before eventually leaving the club again when the transfer window opened in the winter. Pepe joined Udinese in the mid 2005-2006 and loaned again in July 2006 to Cagliari. He scored his first goal in Serie A on November 18, 2006 and a total of Cagliari in 36 appearances and scored 3 goals.
On June 9, 2010, he was loaned out to club Juventus with initial value of € 2.6M with direct signature option of € 7.5M in effect on July 1, 2010.
Pepe played professionally with the Italian national team for U-17 and U-19 in 2001. Later in the year 2002-2003, he played for the U-20 and scored six goals in 13 appearances. Finally he played for the U-21 in 2004-2006 and scored two goals in twelve appearances. His career with the Italian national team in 2008 and the senior made 28 appearances.
