Serdar Tasci is a German football player of Turkish descent who was born on April 24, 1987 in Esslingen, West Germany, and he plays in the defender position. Serdar Tasci is usually played as a center back or right back.
Tasci was born in West Germany with his parents from Turkey. Beginning his career in football with a junior team from the Stuttgarter SC Altbach Kicker of the moon in July 1999. Before the 2005-2006 season, he played on the second team in division three Regionalliga Stuttgart.
On 20 August 2006, Tasci made his professional debut when the club and win against Arminia Bielefeld. In the next game when defeat against Borussia Dortmund.
On August 29, 2009, Tasci extend the contract at Stuttgart until the summer of 2014. Tasci began his international career with the German national team. Tasci because of Turkish descent and was born in Germany so he possessed the right to defend the German national team and national team of Turkey. But in October 2006, he decided to pursue a career with the German national team.
Tasci make national debut with the German U-21 on February 6, 2007 when the win against Scotland.
Subsequently on August 20, 2008, in a friendly against Belgium in Nuremberg, Germany victory.
In 2010 FIFA World Cup, playing as a substitute Tasci Ozil when Germany win against Uruguay in the play-offs and Germany ranked third.
