Marko Marin
Marko Marin is a German football player who was born in Bosanska Gradiška, SFR Yugoslavia on March 13, 1989, he played in the position of winger and attacking midfielder.
Marin was born of a mother and father named Borka Ranko came from Yugoslavia. In 1991, the family moved to Germany at the time two-year-old Marin. He grew up in the Frankfurt and played football at local club.
Marin started football as a junior player with the club SG 01 Hoechst and then moved to Eintracht Frankfurt.
In 2006, Marin moved to Borussia Mönchengladbach academy. One year at the academy Borussia Mönchengladbach, Marin offered a contract for three years and made his professional debut with the club on March 31, 2007 against Eintracht Frankfurt.
At the date of August 9, 2008, Marin with Mönchengladbach scored hat-trick against VfB Fichte Bielefeld in the DFB Cup first round.

In 2010, Marin joined the German national team because he was never offered to defend Bosnia and Herzegovina.

On August 20, 2008, Marin scored with the German team in a friendly against Belgium. Marin also played for Germany in the UEFA-CAF Meridian Cup.
In May 2010, Marin entered in the squad while the Germans in the 2010 FIFA World Cup held in South Africa. Marin played as a substitute when the Germans against Australia and when against the Serbs. However, because of disappointing performance, then the next game in Marin was not chosen to play. Germany ended up in third place in 2010 FIFA World Cup.
