Yıldıray Baştürk is a Turkish footballer who plays in midfielder position, and was founded on December 14, 1978 in Herne, West Germany. Basturk began his football career in Wanne-Eickel Sportfreunde. He played in 2009 as SG Wattenscheid young players, then he plays at VfL Bochum to the UEFA Cup. In 2001, Basturk played with Bayern Leverkusen and lebh Cup success in Germany until 2002 and the Champions League final. Basturk moved to Herta BSC 2004-2007 in July until the contract is completed. Then Basturk joined the German champions VfB Stuttgart on Bosman transfers on May 28, 2007 for the 2007-2008 season. On January 27, 2010, Basturk joined Blackburn Rovers until the end of the transfer season ends. In 2002 he also played in the 2002 FIFA World Cup, where the Turkish team came third. Baştürk currently has 49 caps and 2 goals for Turkey.
