Jay Enrique Rodriguez is a British footballer who played in the position of striker and he was born on July 29, 1989 in Burnley, England. Rodriguez was promoted to senior levels at the end of the 2006-2007 season. He was the only young players who are contracted by Burnley manager Steve Cotterill at the time. Rodriguez made his first debut on July 17, 2007 in a friendly match at Wrexham and scored through a penalty kick. Rpdriguez signed a formal contract at the end of the 2007-2008 season with Albion as a player Striling loan. On September 23, 2008, Rodriguez scored the first goal with Burnley in the third round of the League cup against Fulham. Subsequently, on February 1, 2010, Rodriguez completed the contract for one month as a loan player with Barnsley.
