Morten Gamst Pedersen is a Norwegian-Sami footballer who played in the position of winger and attacking midfielder. He was born on September 8, 1981 in Vadsø, Norway. Pedersen had played in Tromso IL which is the Norwegian Premier League, and scored seven goals in 2004 before he signed a contract to play at Blackburn Rovers for a half season in August. Pedersen contracts between £ 1.5 million to 2.5 million pounds based on her appearance at the club. In Blackburn's Damien Duff replacing Pedersen play that has been moved to Arsenal in July 2003. After playing for Blackburn and later joined Tromso, in the year 2004 Pedersen signed the contract back to Blackburn. His debut when he played against Manchester United on August 28, 2004 for a full-time. In the Norwegian national team, Pedersen holds 54 caps for his country and scored 12 goals so he gets a Golden Watch award from the Football Association of Norway.
