Mario Balotelli Barwuah is an Italian footballer who was born on the 13 in August 1990 in Palermo, Italy, and he plays as a striker for Manchester City and Italian national team.
Balotelli's football career started with the club Lumezzane when he was 15 years old and first made his debut in Serie C1 league match against Padova. After a trial with FC Barcelona club succeeded of 15, Balotelli was signed by Internazionale Milan in 2006 as a loan in the amount of € 150,000 in June 2007 for the purchase of the other players cut by € 190,000. He made his first team debut for the Serie A on December 16, 2007 as a late substitute against Cagliari. Three days later Balotelli appeared in the quarterfinals of the Coppa Italia against Reggina. He scored his first goal in league against Atalanta in April 2008.
In November 2008, Balotelli scored the first goal in the Champions League Inter against Cyprus Anorthosis Famagusa and became the youngest player to score in the Champions League. In the second season with Inter, he has an issue with discipline and expelled from the main team in the second half of January 2009. It continued until the 2009-2010 season, even he had provoked outrage in December 2009 and following his fight with the coach.
In March 2010, Balotelli received harsh criticism from fans for wearing a T-shirt Inter Milan in the Italian tv show Striscia la Notizia. After the break a lot of trouble, he called for the match against Bologna, and create controversy in the Champions League semi-final against Barcelona when celebrating a goal by throwing his shirt in the month of April 2010.
Balotelli finally transferred to Manchester City on August 12, 2010 with a value of € 22 million. On August 19, 2010, he entered as a substitute and scored on his debut against FC Timosoara in the Europa League. Balotelli suffered a right knee injury in a match on the 8th of September 2010 and should be absent in a few games until October 2010. He returned again in a full debut on October 30, 2010 as a substitute against Arsenal and won the "Golden Boy" on December 21, 2010. He scored his first hat-trick in the Premier League against Aston Villa on 28 December 2010 and helped Manchester City win the FA Cup against Stroke City on May 14, 2011.
He scored his first goal of the campaign in the 2010-2011 season win against Birmingham in the Carling Cup. Balotelli scored the derby against Manchester United at Old Trafford on October 23, 2011. On February 25, 2011, he scored his 10th league this season when winning against Blackburn.
When there is a match of the Italian national team U-17, Balotelli has not received a call on the team because he is still considered a Ghanaian immigrant. He gets a call to Ghana from the coach for a friendly match against Senegal five days before the birthday-17 on August 7, 2007 at the New Den Stadium in London, England on August 21, 2007. Balotelli started playing for the Italian national team at international level after he got a passport and Italian citizenship on 13 Agsutus 2008. He then called by the coach to join the Italian national team U-21 in the match against Greece and Croatia, and scored his first goal against Greece. Balotelli go dlam final 23-man squad for the 2009 UEFA European Under-21 Football Championships and scored the opening goal against Sweden. He entered the first senior national team friendly against Ivory Coast and became the first game after the 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa. And on 11 November 2011, the international Balotelli scored in the victory against Poland in Miejski Stadium in Wroclaw, Poland.
