Claudio Marchisio is an Italian footballer who was born on January 19, 1986 in Chieri, Italy and he played in the midfielder position.
He began his career with the club's junior football Juventus on December 1993-2006. At first he played in the second striker position to the end position he played in midfield at the age of sixteen. In 2005, Marchisio called Fabio Capello in the squad but still not playable. Then he won the first title Campionato Primavera as runners-up in the Viareggio tournament in the previous season.
In 2006, Marchisio Juventus played for the senior team and made 107 appearances, scoring ten goals. But in 2007, he was loaned out to Empoli and made 26 appearances without scoring. He made his first appearance in Serie A with Empoli and the next game against Fiorentina in the UEFA Cup against FC Zurich.
During the loan at Empoli, Marchisio performed very well and he returned to Juventus in the year 2008-2009 and made his debut in the Champions League. He played for 90 minutes against Artmedia Petržalka in the third round of Champions League qualification.
Marchisio in the 2009-2010 season is always the top choice by coaches as flexible and consistent in midfield. At the start of the season 2009-2010, he won the Man of the Match in the game open in September.
Together with the Italian national team, Marchisio was first called in to U-21 Championship in May in Europe, but he withdrew because of injury and finally debut with the national team U-21 began in June at the European Championship qualifying opener in 2009. Since then Marchisio become one of the stars in the senior squad Azzuri team.
