Wayne Michael Bridge, or known by the name of Wayne Bridge is an English footballer who was born on August 5, 1980 in Southampton, England and he played at left-back position for club Manchester City.
Bridge is a graduate of the academy and Southampton debut in 1988. He also played for clubs Chelsea and Fulham in the Premiership. Although Bridge is not a regular player of international choices, but he made 36 appearances for the England national team at the World Cup.
Career Bridge with England's national team when he played for the U-21 and he plays full-time against the Netherlands on February 13, 2002, then played as a substitute in the 2002 World Cup and was selected for EURO 2004 but did not play. At the 2006 World Cup qualifiers, he played in the middle position, Bridge also played in a friendly against Argentina in November 2005.
