Daniele de Rossi plays as a central midfielder of Italy
Daniele De Rossi is Italian footballer who was born on July 24, 1983 in Rome, Italy, and he plays as a central midfielder who is also a soccer player with FIFA World Cup Italian national team and also as vice-captain. He now plays for Serie A club Roma in the Italian League.
Early career, De Rossi joined the junior from Ostiamare Rome in 2000 and made his debut on October 10, 2001 before he made his debut for the Club of Rome on January 25, 2003 and played 350 performances with the club. Together with the club Roma, he has won the Coppa Italia as much as 2 times in 2007 and 2006 which also became A Young footballer of the year in Serie A.
De Rossi was also represented Italy U-19, U-20, U-21 and senior level. He became part of the Italian national team U-21 which won 2004 UEFA European Under-21 Football Championship. He also entered the Italian squad that won the Olympic bronze medal at the Olympics 2004. De Rossi made his debut for the senior team in September 2004 and scored a goal against Norway.
