William Paul Robinson is an English footballer who were born on October 15, 1979 in Beverley, England and he played in the position of Goalkeeper. Robinson joined Leeds United at the age of 16 years but did not sign a professional contract until he was 18 years old. In 2004, when Leeds degraded the Premire League, Robinson decided to move to Tottenham Hotspur in May 2004 with a transfer value of £ 1,500,000. In his first season with the Spurs, Robinson is still in reserve after David Seaman. But on the third season, he was trusted as against Croatia. On July 25, 2009, Robinson decided to move to Blackburn Rovers in a transfer fee of 3.5 million pounds over five years. In the national team, Robinson has been playing as much as 41 times for England. Robinson is a national squad at Euro 2004 as a substitute goalkeeper. At the 2006 World Cup qualifiers, Robinson is a core national team goalkeeper.
