James Andrew 'Andy' O'Brien was an Irish-born English footballer precisely in Harrogate, England on June 29, 1979, and he plays in the defender position. O'Brien never played as many as 26 times with the Republic of Ireland between 2001 and 2006 and Ireland in the World Cup squad in 2002. O'Brien began his career in football at St. John Fisher Catholic High School, Harrogate. His talent to play in a position visible defender when he played in the junior classes Bradford City in 1994.
